OUR REMANUFACTURING PROCESS
DISASSEMBLY
Complete teardown and cleaning of every component. Each part is inspected and measured against OEM tolerances.
MACHINING
Cylinder boring, crankshaft grinding, head resurfacing, and all machine work performed to factory specifications.
ASSEMBLY
Rebuilt with new pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, camshaft, and lifters. Every bolt torqued to spec.
TESTING
Every remanufactured engine is dyno tested for compression, oil pressure, and power output before shipping.
